500 BBL Mix Tanks

Medra Arabia offers 500 BBL Mix Tanks to the Saudi Oilfield Industry. The tanks are provided with agitators & gun-lines to help reduce settlement.  Engineered to hold 18 PPG fluid.

Specifications:

  • 500 bbl Rectangular Mixing Mud Tank equipped with three agitators.

  • Tanks base is constructed with 250 mm H beam and covered 6 mm corrugated steel plate and designed with 10 cm slop and 12’’ sump to avoid any dead volume.

  • 6’’ flanged low-level gun-line c/w ten 1.25’’ nozzles, (5’’ pipe spider type).

  • One top manhole with internal and external ladder.

  • 2x8’’ flanged suction. With three input 8’’ manifold. 6’’ flanged discharge line with three input 6’’ manifold.

  • Complete foldable handrail on the top of the tank.

  • Three X 15 HP (460V/60Hz) Agitators with individual on & off switches connected to main distribution box to accommodate one power cord. (22.3 kw)

  • Covered 500 BBL Mixing Tank Dimensions: 13.7m-L x 2.6m-W x 2.9m-H

  • Frac tank design with transport wheels for rapid mobilization, demobilization and setup

  • Corrugated walls to accommodate heaver fluids, built-in ladder and top handrails, man holes on side and top

  • Include front suction & discharge manifold (4”), bottom 4” drain to help insure the tank can be completely drained.
